This agreement confirms the listing placement of [Your Property/Business Name] on The Stay Edit platform.
By proceeding with payment, you confirm acceptance of the terms outlined below.
1. Initial Listing Term
The initial listing term is six (6) months from the agreed start date.
This secures placement within The Stay Edit directory and associated visibility across The Stay Edit platform during this period.
2. Automatic Renewal & Ongoing Membership
To maintain uninterrupted placement and visibility, listings will automatically continue after the initial six-month term on a month-to-month membership basis.
The applicable ongoing membership rate will be communicated at the time of onboarding or renewal.
Membership may be cancelled at any time after the initial term with 30 days written notice via email.
If cancellation notice is not provided, the listing will continue and billing will proceed automatically.
3. Fees & Payment
Payment for the initial term is required prior to listing activation or renewal.
Ongoing membership fees will be automatically billed using the payment method on file.
All listing payments are non-refundable once a term has commenced, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Failure to complete payment may result in listing suspension or removal from the platform.
4. Pricing Reviews
The Stay Edit is a growing curated platform and membership pricing may be reviewed periodically as the platform evolves.
Any future pricing adjustments will:
• be communicated in advance
• apply from the next renewal period
• not be applied during an active term
Founding or early member rates may be honoured for a period but are not guaranteed indefinitely.
5. Listing Inclusions
During the active listing period, The Stay Edit may provide:
• Directory listing placement
• Website visibility within The Stay Edit platform
• Referral traffic from The Stay Edit audience
• Inclusion in marketing, editorial features, or curated content at The Stay Edit’s discretion
• Promotional exposure where applicable
The Stay Edit does not guarantee bookings, enquiries, traffic volume, or revenue outcomes.
6. Editorial Discretion
All listings remain subject to The Stay Edit’s editorial standards and brand alignment.
The Stay Edit reserves the right to:
• update listing descriptions or content
• adjust listing placement or visibility
• remove listings that no longer align with the platform’s editorial direction
Where possible, reasonable notice will be provided.
7. Image & Content Usage
By participating in a listing, you grant The Stay Edit permission to use images, video, logos, and property information supplied for promotional and editorial purposes across:
• website
• social media
• email marketing
• press and promotional materials
This permission applies during the listing period and for reasonable promotional use of past features.
You confirm that any content provided is authorised for marketing use.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Stay Edit provides a visibility and marketing platform only.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Stay Edit’s liability for any claim relating to this agreement is limited to the total fees paid for the current listing term.
9. Cancellation
After the initial six-month term, membership may be cancelled with 30 days written notice via email.
No refunds are issued for partial billing periods once payment has been processed.
10. Acceptance
By proceeding with payment of a Stay Edit listing invoice or subscription, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this agreement.
