1. Promoter and Prize Partners

The promoter is Lisa Marie Freda trading as The Stay Edit, ABN 81 720 836 744, of 215 Payneham Road, St Peters SA 5069, email [email protected] (Promoter).

The prize partners are The Trustee for the Falzon Family Trust trading as Bayside Glamping, ABN 59 617 159 766, and The Weil Family Trust trading as MicroCloud Bedding, ABN 71 294 372 989 (Prize Partners). The Prize Partners provide the prize components described below but are not the promoter.

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry, excluding residents of the Australian Capital Territory.

Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter and Prize Partners, and any person directly involved in conducting the promotion, are not eligible to enter.

The promotion is free to enter. Entrants are responsible for their own internet and social-media access costs.

3. Promotion Period

The promotion opens at 7:00pm Australian Central Standard Time (ACST) on Sunday 16 August 2026 and closes at 7:00pm ACST on Friday 28 August 2026 (Promotion Period). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, an entrant must complete every step below:

Follow @thestayedit, @bayside_glamping and @microcloud_bedding on Instagram.
Tag three individual Instagram accounts in one comment on the official collaborative giveaway post.
Submit the entry form at https://thestayedit.com.au/win with their full name, valid email address, state or territory and Instagram handle.
Agree to these Terms and Conditions and the mandatory marketing and information-disclosure consent presented on the entry form.

Once all three requirements have been completed, the entrant will receive one entry. Entrants may receive additional entries by leaving additional separate comments on the official giveaway post, with each comment tagging three different individual Instagram accounts. Each compliant additional comment constitutes one additional entry. The entry form must only be submitted once.

Duplicate comments, repeated sets of tags, business, celebrity, automated or fraudulent accounts, and automated or otherwise non-compliant entries may be disregarded.

An automated form or email acknowledgement confirms receipt only and does not confirm eligibility.

The Promoter may disqualify incomplete, duplicate, automated, fraudulent, illegible or otherwise non-compliant entries.

5. Prizes

5.1 Major prize

One major-prize winner will receive the following prize package, with a total recommended retail value of $2,380 including GST:

A two-night midweek stay at Bayside Glamping for two adults, valued at $1,300. The stay must be taken by 30 November 2026, is subject to availability, is for a new booking only, excludes 4 October 2026 and cannot be used with another offer. The winner must contact [email protected] to book.
A MicroCloud Bedding package valued at $1,080, comprising one quilt in the winner’s chosen available size, one mattress topper in the winner’s chosen available size, two pillows, two pillow protectors and two bathrobes, with free delivery Australia-wide.

5.2 Runner-up prizes

Five runners-up will each receive both of the following components, with a combined recommended retail value of $415 including GST per runner-up:

One $200 Bayside Glamping accommodation voucher, to be used as a credit toward a new direct accommodation booking. Each voucher is valid toward any Bayside Glamping stay and must be booked by 30 September 2026 for a stay completed before 30 November 2027. Vouchers are valid for new bookings only, subject to availability and and Bayside Glamping’s standard booking terms. cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The voucher is not redeemable for cash and no cash change will be provided for an unused balance.
A MicroCloud Bedding package valued at $215, comprising two standard Hotel Pillows and two standard Pillow Protectors, with free delivery Australia-wide.

5.3 Prize conditions

The total prize pool is valued at $4,455 including GST.

Flights, transfers, transport, meals, insurance, incidental charges and all other personal expenses are not included unless expressly listed above.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, except where required by law, and must not be resold.

Prize values are correct at the date of publication. The Promoter and Prize Partners are not responsible for a change in market value.

6. Draw and Verification

One provisional major-prize winner and five provisional runners-up will be selected at random from all valid entries at 7:00pm ACST on Sunday, 30 August 2026, using an electronic random-draw method.

Each compliant Instagram comment constitutes one entry, provided the entrant has also completed one entry form and follows all three specified Instagram accounts.

The first eligible entry drawn will be the provisional major-prize winner. The next five eligible entries drawn will be the provisional runners-up in the order drawn.

Each provisional recipient’s compliance with every entry requirement will be verified before their prize is confirmed. If an entry is ineligible or cannot be verified, it will be discarded and another random draw will occur.

The draw decision is final, subject to applicable law, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the draw outcome.

7. Winner Notification and Claim

The provisional major-prize winner and provisional runners-up will be contacted using the email address and Instagram handle supplied within four hours of the draw.

Each provisional recipient must respond and provide any reasonably requested eligibility information by 5:00pm ACST on Wednesday, Sep 2, 2026. The Promoter will never request payment to release a prize.

Once verified, the major-prize winner and runners-up will be announced on @thestayedit on Sunday, Aug 30, 2026 or as soon as reasonably practicable after verification.

If a provisional recipient cannot be contacted, does not respond by the deadline, is ineligible or declines the prize, an unclaimed-prize draw will take place at 10:00am ACST on Thursday, Sep 3, 2026 at 215 Payneham Road, St Peters SA 5069 using the same electronic random method. Any replacement provisional recipient will be contacted within four hours and must respond within two business days.

8. Prize Fulfilment and Changes

Each prize recipient must comply with the reasonable booking, delivery and redemption requirements of the relevant Prize Partner.

If a prize component becomes unavailable for reasons outside the reasonable control of the Promoter or Prize Partner, the Promoter may, subject to applicable law and any required approval, substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

The Promoter is not responsible for a prize recipient’s inability to use a prize within a stated validity period, including due to travel costs, personal circumstances, cancellation or failure to book sufficiently early.

Any change requested by a prize recipient is subject to the relevant Prize Partner’s approval and may involve costs payable by that recipient.

9. Privacy, Disclosure and Marketing Consent

The Promoter collects each entrant’s full name, email address, state or territory and Instagram handle to administer the promotion, verify entries, contact prize recipients and conduct the marketing activities described in this clause.

As a mandatory condition of entry, each entrant expressly consents to their full name and email address being disclosed to and used by The Stay Edit, Bayside Glamping and MicroCloud Bedding, and to receiving marketing emails, news and offers from each of those businesses. An entrant who does not provide this consent cannot enter the promotion.

The Instagram handle and state or territory are collected to verify entry and eligibility and will not be supplied to a Prize Partner for marketing unless separately and clearly disclosed.

Entrants may unsubscribe from any business at any time using the unsubscribe link in that business’s email. Unsubscribing after a valid entry has been submitted will not invalidate that entry.

Each business handles personal information under its own privacy policy: The Stay Edit; Bayside Glamping; and MicroCloud Bedding.

10. General Conditions

The Promoter may verify an entrant’s identity, age, residency and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

If the promotion cannot operate as planned because of fraud, technical failure, platform disruption, tampering or another event outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may suspend, modify or cancel the promotion, subject to applicable law and any required regulatory approval.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and Prize Partners are not responsible for loss, damage or injury arising from participation or use of a prize, except to the extent caused by their negligence or breach of law.

The major-prize winner is responsible for obtaining any appropriate travel insurance and meeting all travel, health and booking requirements associated with using the prize.

11. Instagram

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram. Entrants release Instagram from responsibility associated with the promotion to the extent permitted by law.

Entrants must comply with Instagram’s applicable terms. The Promoter is not responsible for platform outages, account restrictions or changes that prevent an entry from being submitted or verified.
