1. Promoter and Prize Partner
The promoter is Lisa Marie Freda trading as The Stay Edit, ABN 81 720 836 744, of 215 Payneham Road, St Peters SA 5069, email [email protected] (Promoter).
The prize partner is WILLUNGA RIDGE BOUTIQUE ACCOMMODATION PTY LTD, ABN 30 676 195 234 (Prize Partner). The Prize Partner provides the prize described below but is not the promoter.
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter and Prize Partner, and any person directly involved in conducting the promotion, are not eligible to enter.
The promotion is free to enter. Entrants are responsible for their own internet and social-media access costs.
3. Promotion Period
The promotion opens at 7:00pm Australian Central Standard Time (ACST) on Sunday 13 September 2026 and closes at 7:00pm ACST on Monday 28 September 2026 (Promotion Period).
Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, an entrant must complete every step below:
- follow @thestayedit and @willunga_ridge on Instagram;
- tag three individual Instagram accounts in one comment on the official collaborative giveaway post;
- submit the entry form at thestayedit.com.au/win with their full name, valid email address, state or territory and Instagram handle; and
- agree to these Terms and Conditions and the mandatory marketing and information-disclosure consent presented on the entry form.
Once all requirements have been completed, the entrant will receive one entry.
Entrants may receive additional entries by leaving additional separate comments on the official giveaway post, with each comment tagging three different individual Instagram accounts. Each compliant additional comment constitutes one additional entry. The entry form must only be submitted once.
Duplicate comments, repeated sets of tags, business, celebrity, automated or fraudulent accounts, and automated or otherwise non-compliant entries may be disregarded.
An automated form or email acknowledgement confirms receipt only and does not confirm eligibility.
The Promoter may disqualify incomplete, duplicate, automated, fraudulent, illegible or otherwise non-compliant entries.
5. Prize
5.1 Major Prize
One major-prize winner will receive a two-night midweek stay for two people in the Home Pod at Willunga Ridge Boutique Accommodation, with exclusive use of the property during the stay, valued at $2,100 including GST.
The prize provides accommodation and access to the Home Pod only. The Plus Two Pod will remain unoccupied and locked and does not form part of the prize.
The stay:
- must be booked by 15 November 2026;
- must be taken by 30 November 2026;
- is subject to availability;
- is valid for a new booking only; and
- cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
5.2 Prize Conditions
The total prize pool is valued at $2,100 including GST.
Flights, transfers, transport, meals, insurance, incidental charges and all other personal expenses are not included unless expressly listed above.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, except where required by law, and must not be resold.
The prize value is correct at the date of publication. The Promoter and Prize Partner are not responsible for a change in market value.
6. Draw and Verification
One provisional major-prize winner will be selected at random from all valid entries at 12:00pm ACST on Wednesday 30 September 2026 at 215 Payneham Road, St Peters SA 5069 using an electronic random-draw method.
Each compliant Instagram comment constitutes one entry, provided the entrant has also completed the competition entry form and complied with all other entry requirements.
The first eligible entry drawn will be the provisional major-prize winner.
The provisional winner’s compliance with every entry requirement will be verified before the prize is confirmed. If an entry is ineligible or cannot be verified, that entry will be discarded and another random draw will occur.
The draw decision is final, subject to applicable law, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the draw outcome.
7. Winner Notification, Claim and Publication
The provisional major-prize winner will be contacted in writing using the email address supplied on their entry form within seven days of the draw. The Promoter may also contact the provisional winner using the Instagram handle supplied.
The provisional winner must respond and provide any reasonably requested eligibility information within 14 days of notification.
The Promoter will never request payment to release the prize.
Once verified, the winner’s name and prize won will be published on The Stay Edit’s Instagram account @thestayedit and saved to the Winners Highlight for at least seven days.
If the provisional winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the claim period, is ineligible or declines the prize, an unclaimed-prize draw will be conducted using the same electronic random-draw method.
Any replacement provisional winner will be contacted in writing and provided a reasonable opportunity of at least 14 days to claim the prize.
8. Prize Fulfilment and Changes
The winner must comply with the reasonable booking and redemption requirements of Willunga Ridge Boutique Accommodation.
If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the reasonable control of the Promoter or Prize Partner, the Promoter may, subject to applicable law and any required approval, substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
The Promoter is not responsible for the winner’s inability to use the prize within the stated validity period, including due to travel costs, personal circumstances, cancellation or failure to book sufficiently early.
Any change requested by the winner is subject to the Prize Partner’s approval and may involve costs payable by the winner.
9. Privacy, Disclosure and Marketing Consent
The Promoter collects each entrant’s full name, email address, state or territory and Instagram handle to administer the promotion, verify entries, contact the winner and conduct the marketing activities described in this clause.
As a mandatory condition of entry, each entrant expressly consents to their full name and email address being disclosed to and used by The Stay Edit and Willunga Ridge Boutique Accommodation, and to receiving marketing emails, news and offers from each of those businesses. An entrant who does not provide this consent cannot enter the promotion.
The Instagram handle and state or territory are collected to verify entry and eligibility and will not be supplied to the Prize Partner for marketing unless separately and clearly disclosed.
Entrants may unsubscribe from either business at any time using the unsubscribe link in that business’s email. Unsubscribing after a valid entry has been submitted will not invalidate that entry.
If an entrant wins the prize, their name and prize won may be publicly disclosed as described in clause 7.

10. General Conditions
The Promoter may verify an entrant’s identity, age, residency and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
If the promotion cannot operate as planned because of fraud, technical failure, platform disruption, tampering or another event outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may suspend, modify or cancel the promotion, subject to applicable law and any required regulatory approval.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and Prize Partner are not responsible for loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the promotion or use of the prize, except to the extent caused by their negligence or breach of law.
The winner is responsible for obtaining any appropriate travel insurance and meeting all travel, health and booking requirements associated with using the prize.
11. Instagram
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.
Entrants release Instagram from responsibility associated with the promotion to the extent permitted by law and must comply with Instagram’s applicable terms.
The Promoter is not responsible for platform outages, account restrictions or changes that prevent an entry from being submitted or verified.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia. Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia and courts hearing appeals from them.
